My latest effort, “Le Pont D’Avignon”, thanks to Marianne Frew for the reference photo. Those of you from my generation will remember the nursery rhyme. I like how this one has turned out, only four hours from starting the drawing to finishing the painting, perhaps a snail’s pace for some of you, but a sprint for me! The original is approx 7.5″ x 5.0″ on “The Langton Prestige” hot pressed 300gsm paper, using Derwent fine liners, Winsor & Newton professional watercolours and some finishing touches with white acrylic and Tombow brush pens.
